Q. When will I receive my order?
A. UK Mainland deliveries (Express UPS). If an order is placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday the order is shipped by courier on overnight service. Any orders placed on Friday should be
delivered on the following Monday. When we ship, we email you an invoice with tracking info. Please check this email before asking us where your parcel is as this has all the
information you should need. We do not ship on UK bank holidays, weekends or between Christmas and New Year.
A. UK Mainland deliveries (Standard delivery Royal Mail). Item is normally shipped the same day with received before 3.30pm.
A. International orders. (Standard delivery Royal Mail) We ship international orders the same day usually if received before noon. Please check our shipping email to track your order.

Items that are lost in post we must wait for Royal Mail grace period before we can resend. We will replace lost items so buy in confidence. Lost item are very rare.
Q. What does "We may ship a 100% compatible part number for your screen" mean?
A. This means that if you order your part by part number we may send a different part number but it will be 100% compatible. We do this as some parts are not available and also it
helps us buy in volume and pass the saving we make on to you our customers.
Q. I am from europe, have a valid vat number and need to purchase without VAT.
A. We do not offer this service on our web site. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to help.
Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from Accupart and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality, except the price you pay with Accupart is lower!
Q. Can I collect the item?
A. Yes, you can collect the item directly from our warehouse located in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Q. I am a trader do you offer trade prices?
A. Yes we can offer trade prices for qty purchases. Please email us.
Q. Are the screens difficult to fit?

also bring your laptop to our Trafford Park premises for fitting. Please note that there is a small charge for our fitting services.
Q. I am not sure if my screen is LED or LCD type screen.
A. The best way is to remove the screen before purchase. The part number will be on the back of the screen. Search our shop for that part number or email us and we will be happy to
tell you. Use the above link to help you remove it.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards.
Q. Do I receive a VAT invoice with my purchase?
A. We supply a full VAT invoice with every purchase. This will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched along with the tracking number.
Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. Our courier should leave a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them. Sometimes cards are not left by couriers. You can check if a delivery
attempt has been made with the tracking details we supply by email.
Q. Do you provide a warranty?
A. We offer 90 days warranty on all purchases. You can upgrade your warranty at time of purchase to 12 months from £9.99 Please email email@example.com to do this.

A. We deliver to all locations worldwide.
Q. I can't find the screen that I require in your listings?
A. We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we should have it in stock. If on the rare occasion we don't, we will do our best find it for you.
Q. What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
A. All of our products are despatched in brand new, purpose made packaging and damages are extremely rare. However we will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported
to us on delivery (within 24 hrs of receipt). We cannot except any claims outside of this timeframe sorry. PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS ON DELIVERY!!!!
Q. I've heard that there are some problems with Dell screens not working?
A. Dell screens are different to normal panels. DO NOT order your Dell screen by part number. Even the exact part number will normally not work. Search our shop for your laptop model
and purchase that way and match the resolution. This way we can be sure to send you a fully compatible Dell screen. If your not sure please email us for help.
Q. Does the screen come with the plastics, inverter and cable?
A. No it's just the panel with the backlight fitted. Some of our Dell screens come with inverter.
Q. Can I upgrade the resolution of my laptop screen?
A. On some models this if possible but we do not recommend it.
Q. What's the difference between glossy and matt?
A. Nothing except the finish on the polariser (glass at front). Both can be fitted into your machine with no problems. We mainly ship glossy screens if you require matt version please
contact us. Glossy screens are also known as CrystalBrite, Clearview, Colour Shine, Crystal Shine, AveraBrite, TrueLife, Diamond Brite, SuperFine, Crystal View, UltraBright,
BrightView, VibrantView, Fine Bright, SuperShine, GlassView, Super Clear, Xbrite, X-black, Clear bright and TrueBrite. These are just brand names used by different laptop
