Important information

We recommend that you remove your old screen to identify the matching part number, before you place an order. You can find the part number on the back of the panel after you have removed it, you can then use the search function on our website to search for the part number. For example, the part number for a 15.4-inch screen would be similar to xxx154xxx.

If you have an older CCFL Dell model, please search for your Dell model rather than the part number. This is because we will supply you with an original Dell screen to avoid compatibility issues.

Please make sure you order the correct resolution for your screen. You can find this in either your Windows display setting, if your old screen still works, or by checking the number on the back of your old screen.

All of our screens conform to the ISO 14306-2 quality standard pixel policy.

When will I receive my order?

Next day delivery to UK mainland addresses, costs just £5.50. If you place your order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) it will be shipped by UPS on a next working day service. All orders place on a Friday should be delivered on the following Monday. When your order has been shipped, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation invoice from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on the tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking. Please check this email before contacting us about the status of your order as it should feature everything you need. Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays: UK bank holidays, weekends, and between Christmas and New Year.

    Please note, our next day delivery service is not available to the following areas: Aberdeen AB30-35-41-42-52-54, Northern Highlands AB36-38-55-56 FK17-21 HS1-8 IV- KW0-14 PH15-32-34-48, Glasgow G83, Guernsey GY9, OBAN HS9 KA28-20-99-33-49-99, Isle Of Man, Arran KA27, Orkney Shetland KW15-99 ZE and Cornwall TR21-25.

    When will I receive my UK mainland order?

    UK mainland deliveries are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery. All orders placed before 2pm will normally be shipped the same day and will take between 2 and 3 days to arrive.

    When will I receive my international order?

    All international orders placed before 12 noon will normally be shipped the same day. Orders within the European Union should take between 3 and 7 days to arrive. Orders outside the EU can take around 1 week and can take longer due to customs. Both subject to delay if customs delay.

    What if I haven’t received my order?

    On the rare occasion, that your order is lost in the post, we must wait for the Royal Mail grace period before the order can be resent. But you can be confident that we replace all lost items.

    What does "We may ship a 100% compatible part number for your screen" mean? 

    If you order the part you require by part number we may send a different part number but it will be 100% compatible. We do this as some parts are not available and also it helps us buy in volume and pass the saving we make on to you our customers. We normally ship one of the following brands: AU Optronics, Chunghwa, Chi Mei, HannStar, Hyundai-BOEhydis, Innolux, IVO, LG Philips, Quanta, Samsung, Sharp and Toshiba.

    I am from Europe, have a valid vat number and need to purchase without VAT.

    This service is not needed now after Brexit. All EU goods are now 0% Vat. Vat will be payable locally at your countries rate to delivery company before delivery.

    What is the difference between ordering a screen from Accupart and ordering directly from the manufacturer?

    There is no difference in quality, except the price you pay with Accupart is lower!

    Can I collect the item?

    Yes, you can collect the item directly from our warehouse located in Trafford Park, Manchester.

    I am a trader do you offer trade prices?

    Yes we can offer trade prices for quantity purchases. Please contact us directly for further information.

    Are the screens difficult to fit?

    No, they are easy to fit and there are hundreds of videos online to show you how to do it.

    I am not sure if my screen is LED or LCD type screen.

    The best way is to remove the screen before placing an order. The part number is located on the back of the screen. You can then use the search function on our website to search for the part number. If you are still unsure, contact our team directly and we will be able to help you.

    How can I pay?

    We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

    Can I get a VAT invoice?

    Of course. This is provided straight away in your confirmation email along with your tracking number.

    What will happen if I miss my delivery?

    If you're not there when they try to deliver, our delivery partner will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can arrange redelivery. Sometimes our delivery partner will not leave a card, so you can check if a delivery attempt has been made using the tracking details in your confirmation email.

    Do you provide a warranty?

    We offer 90 days warranty on all purchases. You can upgrade your warranty at the time of purchase to 12 months from just £9.99 If you wish to do this please email sales@accupart.co.uk

    Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to all locations worldwide.

    I can't find the screen that I require in your listings?

    We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we will almost definitely have it in stock. If on the rare occasion we don't, we will do our best find it for you.

    What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?

    At Accupart, we do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging and so damages are extremely rare. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, we will endeavour to replace any damaged products. Please contact our customer care team to report the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any damaged product claims reported to us later than 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Therefore, it is very important that you check your goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery.

    I've heard that there are some problems with Dell screens not working?

    Older Dell screens are different to normal panels. If your screen is an older CCFL screen (with an inverter) please don’t order your Dell screen by the part number. Even if you enter the exact part number, it won’t normally work. You should search our website using the search function, by entering your laptop model. This will enable us to ensure that we send you a fully compatible Dell screen. If you’re not sure please contact us for help.

    Can I upgrade the resolution of my laptop screen?

    It is possible to do this on some models and these are listed on our website as models with resolution options. However, it’s best to check with us before ordering.
