If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
UK shipping is free of charge with Royal Mail,
Next working days is £5.50 with Interlink Express and Worldwide shipping starts at £9.50.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same business day if ordered before 3pm.
You must inform us within 24hrs if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your delivery note number in all correspondence. If your package has any sign of damage please sign for as damaged.
You agree that the proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We may send 100% compatible parts.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 90 day warranty.
Screens must have more than 3 pixels before being classed as faulty.
Accupart Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days and you are responsible for returning the item.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
All products returned must have a valid RMA number and a detailed description of the fault.

Any courier damaged product must be notified within 24 hours.
Accupart reserves the right to return the working part outside 14 days at your cost.
All warranty is return to base and Accupart are not liable for any damages incurred whilst returning parts.
